Our Refund Policy

  1. Uniglobe agency will process the refund upon receiving cancellation request/claim from customer vide e-mail/phone/online.
  2. Refund against the cancellation of transaction will be credited directly to the original mode of payment within 72hrs after receiving the refund from respective Airline/Hotel/Transporter/Supplier.
  3. It may take up to 3-7 days to reflect the refund to its original mode of payment as per Banking procedures.
